[PSA] Don't submit explanation videos in reports

After bringing up web report waiting times, the senior moderation staff concluded that explanation videos in reports tend to delay response times. Although it's a much minor issue, we also think that presenting evidence like this can introduce some bias. For those not familiar, these are videos where the user reporting goes through the evidence while commenting it, and explaining why they think the evidence is punishment-worthy.

Therefore, we have decided that we will not accept any explanation videos in reports from now on. If you need to comment on the evidence, please use the Any other miscellaneous information? field in the report page.

Would be nice if the staff deny a report e.g. for hacking to give reasons why the report was denied. Not just "Insufficient evidence".

There's not much more to explain other than arguing that there is not enough evidence to ban, if that is the case. If your suggestion is we should provide a detailed explanation as if it was an appeal, that would delay answering reports, and for time-consuming reports that's already an issue.

What if its straight up footage, nothing edited? Cause the guy i need to report, his hacks were there if you looked, but you had to be looking for them to notice them.
