About the Advent Calendar

Every few days at around 3 pm EST a new event will be announced to celebrate the Christmas season. However every day there will also be a new Daily Challenge released at the same time, which is explained below. Some events come with prizes, which will be announced along with the introduction of the event itself.

About the Daily Challenges

Each day throughout this Advent Calendar event there will be a new challenge for everyone to complete, with each challenge rewarding you with a different coloured challenge token upon completion. There are 8 different coloured tokens in total to collect. While the tokens by themselves aren't worth much, completing multiple challenges and collecting each of the 8 coloured tokens and taking screenshots of them can be turned in to claim a prize. Challenges, along with the main advent calendar, will change each day at 3 pm EST.

By collecting each of the 8 challenge tokens and successfully submitting your screenshots, you will be rewarded with the exclusive Nimbus rank, 2 setnext tokens, 1 mutation token, and various other prizes which will be announced in the coming days.

[1st] Event 1: Christmas themed Lobby and Rotations!

Our lobby and rotations have had a winter makeover with over 20 Christmas themed maps and 18 new maps added! These changes will go into effect after the next server restart and will remain until the 30th of December. [2nd] Event 2: Snowball kill rewards!

In celebration of the wintry, festive season, you can now pelt snowballs at your foes in epic snowball battles! With each kill, you have a chance to either get 2, 4, or 6 snowballs at a time. Sometimes, however, you will drop them all on the ground and get none... Anyways, happy fighting!

[10th] Event 3: Christmas Rift event!

Happy Sunday everyone! There will be streaming for today’s advent calendar event. We will be playing Rift Redux: Christmas and will give away ranks, trophies, and more! Be sure to tune in at 2PM EST to 3:30 PM EST on the StratusMC twitch channel!

[16th] Event 4: Krapus's Surprise!

Each time you get a kill you now have a chance to get a new in game item called Krampus's Surprise! This item has 3 uses and fires an explosive projectile when used to damage your foes. Surprise!

[22nd] Event 5: Winter Blitz and Rage setnext stream!
