The rules have been updated. You can view them at https://stratus.network/rules. There will be a one week grace period, ending on 2018-06-29 23:59 CEST (UTC +2). The majority of changes are clarifications and the slight broadening of some rules, such as changing links to content when talking about advertising. Unsportsmanlike behaviour has been explicitly added, but since it was being enforced through rule A1, it will still not be permitted in the grace period week.

The Terms of Service were also updated to comply with GDPR.
