The Event Team is excited to announce that we will be hosting our first ever Prime Time event this weekend! Prime Times are special, invite-only events which will showcase Stratus' top competitive talent on our Twitch.

What's Prime Time?

We here at Stratus have taken notice of how popular our tournaments and competitive events are, and we wanted to give you guys more to watch. Prime Times provide a more condensed format than our tournaments, which can be better for giving new viewers a look at Stratus competitive. Finally, with our recent announcement that we will be shifting toward a more competitive vision for the network, we thought this would be the perfect time to reintroduce an old OCN tradition!

How to Watch

Tune in this Saturday, September 8th at 12:00pm Noon EDT for our first ever Prime Time event between Night Doobers and Praetorians! We will be live on Stratus Twitch. The event will consist of 5 total games, and should take between 1-2 hours to complete.

Format & Details

Night Doobers and Praetorians, the winner and runner-up from our most recent tournament, will be competing with 16-player rosters. Teams will face off in 7v7's on a hand-selected pool of Conquest maps, designed to show off both Conquest classics, and a few unconventional maps.

The map order will be as follows: CTF (Nartica), KotF (Desert Sanctuary), TDM (Harb), 5CP (Ascendance 01), and KotH (Limbo II).

All 5 matches will be played, regardless of the score, and the team with more maps won at the end will be declared the winner. If we are tied after 5 maps, teams will play a match of The Complex CP as a tiebreaker. The event's winners will each receive 1 week of Nimbus AND a Prime Time Trophy!
