We are excited to announce our 13th tournament: Conquest Moon! This will be our 5th conquest tournament!

Team Information

Teams must have a minimum of 8 players registered on their roster with a maximum of 12 and must field a minimum of 5 out of 7 players in official matches.

DM a Senior Referee regarding any issues with our teams system.

Gamemode

Conquest is a group of PvP heavy gamemodes without block interaction, where teams of 7 compete to get the highest score.

  • 5CP Five Capture Points; 5 capture points must be captured in sequential order. Holding middle gives the team 2 points per second and holding the opponent’s second capture point, gives 3 points per second. The team that first reaches 800 points wins.
  • CTF Capture The Flag; Each team has a flag, they need to protect their own while capturing their opponent’s. The team with the most captures by 12 minutes wins.
  • KotH King of the Hill; Each team competes by trying to hold as many of the 3 hills as possible, which each gives points, and the first team to reach 2500 points wins.
  • KotF King of the Flag; A flag respawns at certain areas of the map, and teams must pick it up, and stay alive as long as possible, to earn points. The first team to hold it for 200 seconds first wins.
  • CTP Capture the Point; There are five one-life rounds where teams compete to either capture the hill at middle, or eliminate the other team. First to 5 round-victories is the winner.
Format

This tournament will span over two weekends; the qualifier on February 19-20 and the invitational on February 26-27. We will officially release the tournament format after team registration closes; please check our Discord regularly for updates.

Teams are expected to be ready for their matches 15 minutes before their start time, and will not be given more than 5 minutes to get ready with the /events ready command after being told to do so. Officials will not delay a match regardless of whether a team is ready or not.

Registration

First, you need to have a website account (stratus.network/register) and be in our Events Discord.
Then the leader of your team needs to go to https://stratus.network/tm/register and register the team and its members using their Discord tags.

If you do not have a team and wish to solo-register, please do so here; as in our previous events, we will be setting up Wild Card Teams and will do our best to organize solo-registered players together appropriately!
Please fill out this form to solo-register: https://forms.gle/nwR6kdicANryRdBj8

Maps

The final map pool will contain 7 maps from the various Conquest gamemodes mentioned previously. The map pool is not finalized yet, but it will be soon.

Discord

We use Discord to communicate during the event. Each team is assigned a voice and text channel: you will use these to communicate vocally among each other & with our referees, as well as keep up with any announcements/updates.

Once team registration has closed and your team has been confirmed for participation, we will add the Discord account connected to your website account to your team’s channel.

Please make sure you and your entire team are already in the Events Discord.
