It only happens when players swim like that, just like in DTC, water seems to make them misplaced. But at this point I think players know the bug and abuse it a lot, you'd see 7 players swim straight to a monument everytime that shit map is played

Water isn't the only thing that displaces. Its a known bug within ProtocolSupport, ViaVersion, etc.

no I miss my shots all the time even when not in water I think the server is just completely broken
