:red_circle: Update to the Content Creator rank

Hello everyone!

Today, marketing is announcing some changes to the content creator rank requirements.

Our goal with these changes is to offer more support to our content creators. Unfortunately, due to the limited number of resources we would be able to provide, we had to slightly change the requirements.

The new requirements are as follows:

YouTube:

- 200 subscribers minimum

- 200 views per Stratus video minimum

- 2000 channel views minimum

- At least 1 stratus video per month

- Stratus videos must have the “Stratus” name in the title

- Stratus videos must have the “Stratus Network” name, the server IP “play.stratus.network” and the website address “stratus.network” in the description

- Must be active on the platform (regularly uploading content - not necessarily only Stratus)

- No offensive or inappropriate content

- No content that breaks the rules of the network

- Must be in the Stratus main Discord channel (for communication)

Twitch

- At least 200 Followers

- At least 2000 global views

- At least one previous Stratus livestream. Streams must be archived

- At least one Stratus livestream per month. Streams must be archived

- Stratus streams must include “Stratus” in the title

- Stratus streams must have the server IP “play.stratus.network” on screen during the stream

- Must be active on the platform (regularly uploading content - not necessarily only Stratus)

- No offensive or inappropriate content

- No content that breaks the rules of the network

- Must be in the Stratus main Discord channel (for communication)

We understand that not all of our current content creators will meet these new requirements, and for that we apologize. The ones that do will get support and resources from us (that we've previously lacked with providing) to continue the development of their channel. Content creators will have access to dedicated communication channels with marketing, which will allow for easy collaboration between creators and staff.

Any content creators that have their rank revoked due to the new requirements get 2 weeks of Nimbus as a thank you for all of their hard work. We encourage those content creators to reapply when they meet our new requirements - as well as anyone with an interest in creating content!

But that’s not all!

Stratus will be working on creating official content to showcase the network! This will include (but not limited to) videos posted to YouTube from tournaments and regular livestreams on our Twitch channel.

The official content will be managed by the marketing team but it will not be made only by them. We want to include content creators in the process and give them the ability to work with us on official content and learn along the way.

More about official content coming soon.

Thanks to all content creators for their work.
