Hello everyone! Welcome to the eleventh issue of Stratus Status, the official biweekly newsletter. Are you interested in recent network changes and what the community has been up to? If so, read on to get up-to-date about all things Stratus!
On the first Sunday of the year, Stratus' second Prime Time event was hosted, where Punishers and Pureblox, two old teams which got together for this special occasion, competed against each other on Race For Victory 2, Spaceship Battles: TE and Abandoned Zoo TE. Punishers won the first two matches, thus winning the event, but lost the third one on Abandoned Zoo TE. Check out the thread for more details, or watch the stream VOD if you missed it.
Yesterday, another Prime Time event was hosted. This time, Kiube and Impact faced off in Facility TE, Ascendance, Limbo II, Cake Wars TE, Ring Run and Fractal Descent TE. Kiube won the first two rounds (all three Conquest maps and Cake Wars TE), Impact won on Ring Run (a modified version of Ring Race), and then Kiube won on Fractal Descent TE, therefore winning this Prime Time event. You can read the announcement thread here or watch the stream VOD here, in case you couldn't watch it live.

If you're interested in making a new map for the upcoming rotation, the Maps in Demand thread has been updated with the maps that are needed most.
Rotation update #18.1 and the subsequent #18.2 update were also released during the past two weeks. These changes remove maps which have been heavily criticised and addresses other bugs that were affecting gameplay. You can read about the complete changes in Jexel 's thread.
